Safety Service of Ukraine (SBU) sniper has set the world document for a single shot killing a Russian soldier at a distance of virtually 4 kilometres.
Information outlet Ukrinform, cited sources from the SBU that on 18 November a Russian solider was shot useless by the sniper and a video was launched on-line confirming the kill.
