Kyiv has accused Vladimir Putin of “making an attempt to create a refugee disaster for the West” by intentionally blowing up grain shops in Odesa which is a key port for exporting grain out of Ukraine.
Ukrainian Agriculture minister Mykola Solsky mentioned that Russian missiles had destroyed 60,000 tons of grain after a “huge assault.”
On Monday Putin refused to increase the UN brokered deal to permit grain to be shipped out of the Black Sea after an assault on the Kerch Bridge in Crimea.

Ukrainian officers have described the assault on Odesa as a “deliberate act of terrorism” by Russia and “the most important missile and drone assault from the beginning of [the] full-scale invasion.”
